فِي وَصِيَّةٍ لَمْ يَشْهَدْهَا إِلَّا امْرَأَةٌ فَأَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ الْمَرْأَةِ فِي الرُّبُعِ مِنَ الْوَصِيَّةِ بِحِسَابِ شَهَادَتِهَا .

محمد بن یحییٰ نے عبد اللہ بن محمد سے، انہوں نے علی بن الحکم سے، انہوں نے ابان سے، انہوں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ فرمایا: ایسی وصیت کے بارے میں جس کی کوئی گواہ صرف ایک عورت تھی — آپ نے وصیت کے چوتھائی حصے میں عورت کی گواہی کو اس کی گواہی کے حساب سے جائز قرار دیا۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Abdullah Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Aban, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said regarding a bequest which none witnessed it except for a woman: ‘The witnessing of the woman is allowed with regards to the quarter from the bequest, by the counting of her testimony’.
