الرَّجُلِ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِالصَّدَقَةِ الْمُشْتَرَكَةِ قَالَ جَائِزٌ .
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad Al Asimy, from Ali Bin Al Hassan, from Ali Bin Asbaat, from Muhammad Bin Humran, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> regarding the man who gives charity with something which is a jointly owned. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Allowed’.
