صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) فِي مَسْجِدِ الْمُسَيَّبِ وَ صَلَّى بِنَا فِي مَوْضِعِ الْقِبْلَةِ سَوَاءً وَ ذُكِرَ أَنَّ السِّدْرَةَ الَّتِي فِي الْمَسْجِدِ كَانَتْ يَابِسَةً لَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا وَرَقٌ فَدَعَا بِمَاءٍ وَ تَهَيَّأَ تَحْتَ السِّدْرَةِ فَعَاشَتِ السِّدْرَةُ وَ أَوْرَقَتْ وَ حَمَلَتْ مِنْ عَامِهَا .

احمد بن ادریس، محمد بن حسن سے، ابو ہاشم جعفری سے، انہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو جعفر (علیه السلام) کے ساتھ مسجد المسیب میں نماز پڑھی، اور انہوں نے ہمیں قبلہ کی جگہ میں برابر صف میں نماز پڑھائی۔ اور ذکر کیا گیا کہ مسجد میں موجود سدرہ خشک ہو چکی تھی، اس پر کوئی پتا نہ تھا۔ پھر انہوں نے پانی منگوایا اور سدرہ کے نیچے تیاری کی، تو سدرہ زندہ ہو گئی، اس پر پتے نکل آئے، اور اسی سال اس نے پھل دیا۔
Translation
Ahmad Bin Idrees, from Muhammad Bin Hassan, from Abu Hashim Al Ja’fary who said, ‘I prayed <span class="iTxt">Salat</span> along with Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> (9<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) in the Masjid Al-Musayyab, and he prayed <span class="iTxt">Salat</span> with us in the place of the Qiblah, straight’. And he mentioned that there was a lotus tree which was in the Masjid had dried up. There weren’t any leaves upon it. So he<sup>asws</sup> called for the water and prepared (performed Wudou) beneath the lotus tree. So the lotus tree was revived and sprouted leaves and bore (fruit) from its year (season)’.
