اسحاق نے کہا: ابو ہاشم الجعفری نے مجھ سے روایت کی، کہتے ہوئے: میں نے ابو محمد (علیہ السلام) سے قید کی تنگی اور بیڑیوں کے بوجھ کی شکایت کی۔ تو انہوں نے مجھے لکھا: "آج تم ظہر کی نماز اپنے گھر میں پڑھو گے۔" پھر مجھے ظہر کے وقت باہر لایا گیا، اور میں نے اپنے گھر میں اسی طرح نماز ادا کی جیسے انہوں نے (علیہ السلام) فرمایا تھا۔ اور میں تنگی میں تھا، تو میں نے خط میں ان سے دینار مانگنے کا ارادہ کیا، مگر مجھے شرم آئی۔ پھر جب میں اپنے گھر پہنچا تو انہوں نے میری طرف ایک سو دینار بھیجے اور مجھے لکھا: "اگر تمہیں کوئی حاجت ہو تو شرم نہ کرو اور نہ ہچکچاؤ، اور اسے طلب کرو، کیونکہ تم ان شاء اللہ وہ چیز دیکھو گے جسے تم پسند کرتے ہو۔"

Translation

Is’haq said, ‘Abu Hashim Al Ja’fary narrated to me saying, ‘I complained to Abu Muhammad of the constraint of the prison and the restraining blocks (shackles). So he^asws wrote to me: ‘You will be praying Al-Zohr <span class="iTxt">Salat</span> in your own home today’. So I came out (from the prison) during the time of Al-Zohr <span class="iTxt">Salat</span>, and I prayed it in my own house just as he^asws had said. And I was (financially) constrained, so I wanted to seek Dinars from him^asws in the letter, but I was too embarrassed. So when I went to my house, he^asws diverted to me with one hundred Dinars and wrote to me: ‘Whenever there was a need for you, so neither be shy nor reserved, and seek it, for you will see what you love, if Allah^azwj so Desires’.
