سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلَيْنِ حَمِيلَيْنِ جِيءَ بِهِمَا مِنْ أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ أَنْتَ أَخِي فَعُرِفَا بِذَلِكَ ثُمَّ أُعْتِقَا وَ مَكَثَا مُقِرَّيْنِ بِالْإِخَاءِ ثُمَّ إِنَّ أَحَدَهُمَا مَاتَ فَقَالَ الْمِيرَاثُ لِلْأَخِ يُصَدَّقَانِ .
Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Ali Bin Al Noman, from Saeed Al Araj, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about two <span class="iTxt">Al-Hameyl</span> men, they came with these two from the land of the Polytheism. So one of the two said to his companions, ‘You are my brother’. So they were recognised by with. Then they were emancipated (freed), and remained accepting with the brotherhood. Then one of the two died’. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The inheritance is for the brother, both being ratified’.
