Translation

Ibn Mahboub, from Khalid Bin Jareer, from Abu Al Rabie who said, ‘Abu Abdullahasws was asked about the unconditionally freed slave, so heasws said: ‘He is the man who emancipates his slave, then is saying to him, ‘Go wherever you like, there is nothing from your inheritance for me, nor is there upon me from your crimes, anything’, and he should get it witnessed upon that by two witnesses’.
