الْحُرُّ وَ الْحُرَّةُ إِذَا زَنَيَا جُلِدَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ فَأَمَّا الْمُحْصَنُ وَ الْمُحْصَنَةُ فَعَلَيْهِمَا الرَّجْمُ .
اردو
علی بن ابراہیم نے محمد بن عیسیٰ بن عبید سے، انہوں نے یونس سے، انہوں نے سماعہ سے، انہوں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: آزاد مرد اور آزاد عورت، جب زنا کریں، ان دونوں میں سے ہر ایک کو سو کوڑے لگائے جائیں۔ پس جہاں تک شادی شدہ مرد اور شادی شدہ عورت کا تعلق ہے، تو ان دونوں پر رجم ہے۔
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ubeyd, from Yunus, from Sama’at, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘The free man and the free woman, when they commit adultery, every one of the two would be whipped with one hundred lashes. So, as for the married man and the married woman, upon the both of them is the stoning’.
