لَا يُحَدُّ الصَّبِيُّ إِذَا وَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ وَ يُحَدُّ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا وَقَعَ عَلَى الصَّبِيَّةِ .

الحسین بن محمد نے معلّی بن محمد سے، انہوں نے الحسن بن علی سے، انہوں نے ابان سے، انہوں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، آپ نے فرمایا: لڑکے پر حد نہیں لگائی جائے گی جب وہ عورت پر واقع ہو، اور آدمی پر حد لگائی جائے گی جب وہ لڑکی پر واقع ہو۔
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Aban, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The young boy would not be penalised (by the Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>)) if he were to fall upon a woman, and the man would be penalised (by the Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>)) when he falls upon the young child’.
