سُئِلَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ اغْتَصَبَ امْرَأَةً فَرْجَهَا قَالَ يُقْتَلُ مُحْصَناً كَانَ أَوْ غَيْرَ مُحْصَنٍ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father and Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, altogether from Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Ayoub, from Bureyd Al ajaly who said, ‘Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> was asked about a man who raped a woman of her chastity. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He should be killed, whether he was married or without marriage’.
