رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ لَمْ تَأْتِنِي عَذْرَاءَ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ لِأَنَّ الْعُذْرَةَ تَذْهَبُ بِغَيْرِ جِمَاعٍ .
Translation
Yunus, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who says to his wife, ‘You did not come to me as a virgin’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is nothing upon him because the virginity can go away without copulation’.
