وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) لَا قَطْعَ عَلَى مَنْ سَرَقَ الْحِجَارَةَ يَعْنِي الرُّخَامَ وَ أَشْبَاهَ ذَلِكَ .
Translation
And by this chain, He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The Prophet<sup>saww</sup> did not cut, upon the one who stole stones, meaning the marble and similar to that’.
