سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ عَبْدٍ افْتَرَى عَلَى حُرٍّ قَالَ يُجْلَدُ ثَمَانِينَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Muhammad Bin Al Fazeyl, from Abu Al Sabbah Al Kinany, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about a slave who fabricated upon a free. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He would be whipped fifty (lashes)’.
