مَمْلُوكٍ قَذَفَ مُحْصَنَةً حُرَّةً قَالَ يُجْلَدُ ثَمَانِينَ لِأَنَّهُ إِنَّمَا يُجْلَدُ لِحَقِّهَا .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Musa Bin Bakr, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> regarding an owned (slave) who slandered a married free woman. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He would be whipped eighty (lashes) because, but rather he is being whipped for her rights’.
