Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa Bin Ubeyd, from Yunus, from Abu Ayoub Al Khazzaz, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘I said to Abu Ja’farasws, ‘We invited a man to the entirety of what we are upon, from the entirety of Al-Islam, so he accepted with it, then he drank the wine, and commited adultery, and consumed the usury, and nothing from the Permissibles and the Prohibtions had been explained to him. Would the Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) be established upon him, when he was ignorant of it?’ Heasws said: ‘No, except if the proof were to be established upon him that he had previously accepted with these prohibitions’.
