لَا يَزَالُ الْمُؤْمِنُ فِي فُسْحَةٍ مِنْ دِينِهِ مَا لَمْ يُصِبْ دَماً حَرَاماً وَ قَالَ لَا يُوَفَّقُ قَاتِلُ الْمُؤْمِنِ مُتَعَمِّداً لِلتَّوْبَةِ .

محمد بن یحییٰ نے عبداللہ بن محمد سے، انہوں نے ابن ابی عمیر سے، انہوں نے ہشام بن سالم سے، انہوں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: مومن اپنے دین میں وسعت میں رہتا ہے جب تک کہ وہ حرام خون نہ بہائے۔ اور آپ نے فرمایا: جان بوجھ کر کسی مومن کو قتل کرنے والے کو توبہ کی توفیق نہیں ملتی۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Abdullah Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hisham Bin Salim, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘The Believer does not cease to be in ample space (leeway) in his Religion for as long as he does not shed blood unlawfully’. And he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The killer of the Believer deliberately, would not be given the opportunity for the repentance’.
