سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُقْتَلُ فِي الشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ مَا دِيَتُهُ قَالَ دِيَةٌ وَ ثُلُثٌ .

میں نے ابو عبداللہ (علیہ السلام) سے پوچھا اس شخص کے بارے میں جو حرام مہینے میں قتل کیا جائے — اس کی دیت کیا ہے؟ آپ نے فرمایا: 'ایک دیت اور ایک تہائی۔'
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Kuleyb Al Asady who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the man who kill during the Sacred Month, what is its wergild?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘A wergild and a one-third (of it in addition)’.
