دَخَلْتُ عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ ( عليها السلام ) وَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهَا لَوْحٌ فِيهِ أَسْمَاءُ الْأَوْصِيَاءِ مِنْ وُلْدِهَا فَعَدَدْتُ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ آخِرُهُمُ الْقَائِمُ ( عليه السلام ) ثَلَاثَةٌ مِنْهُمْ مُحَمَّدٌ وَ ثَلَاثَةٌ مِنْهُمْ عَلِيٌّ .

محمد بن یحیی، محمد بن الحسین سے، ابن محبوب سے، ابو الجارود سے، ابو جعفر (علیه السلام) سے، جابر بن عبد اللہ انصاری سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا: میں فاطمہ (علیها السلام) کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا، اور ان کے سامنے ایک لوح تھی جس میں ان کی اولاد میں سے اوصیاء کے نام درج تھے۔ تو میں نے بارہ شمار کیے؛ ان میں آخری القائم (عليه السلام) تھے۔ ان میں سے تین کا نام محمد تھا، اور تین کا نام علی تھا۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Al Jaroud, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup>, from Jabir Bin Abdullah Al-Ansary who said, ‘I went over to (Syeda) Fatima<sup>asws</sup> and in front of her<sup>asws</sup> was a Tablet wherein were the names of the successors<sup>asws</sup> from her<sup>asws</sup> children. So, I counted twelve, the last of these being Al-Qaim<sup>asws</sup>. There from these were ‘Muhammad’ and thee from these were ‘Ali’’.
