إِذَا قَتَلَ الرَّجُلَانِ وَ الثَّلَاثَةُ رَجُلًا فَإِنْ أَرَادَ أَوْلِيَاؤُهُ قَتْلَهُمْ تَرَادُّوا فَضْلَ الدِّيَاتِ وَ إِلَّا أَخَذُوا دِيَةَ صَاحِبِهِمْ .
اردو
اس سے، ابن مسکان سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت ہے کہ آپ نے فرمایا: جب دو یا تین آدمی مل کر ایک آدمی کو قتل کریں، اگر اس کے اولیاء سبھی کو قتل کرنا چاہیں تو انہیں اضافی دیتیں واپس کرنی ہوں گی، ورنہ وہ اپنے ساتھی (مقتول) کی دیت لے لیں۔
Translation
From him, from Ibn Muskan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When two or three men kill one man, so if his guardians wants to, he can execute them (all), (but) he would have to pay the excess wergilds, or he can take a wergild of his (killed) companion’.
