رَجُلٍ أَمَرَ عَبْدَهُ أَنْ يَقْتُلَ رَجُلًا فَقَتَلَهُ قَالَ فَقَالَ يُقْتَلُ السَّيِّدُ بِهِ .

محمد بن یحییٰ نے احمد بن محمد سے، اور علی بن ابراہیم نے اپنے والد سے، دونوں نے ابن محبوب سے، انہوں نے اسحاق بن عمار سے، انہوں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی ایک ایسے آدمی کے بارے میں جس نے اپنے غلام کو حکم دیا کہ وہ ایک آدمی کو قتل کرے اور اس نے اسے قتل کر دیا۔ راوی نے کہا: تو آپ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: مالک کو اس کی وجہ سے قتل کیا جائے گا۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, and Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, both together from Ibn Mahboub, from Is’haq Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who ordered his slave that he should kill a man, so he killed him. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The master should be killed due to it’.
