Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Husayn Bin Ahmad Al Minqary, from Isa Al Zaif who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullahasws, ‘A man kills a man deliberately, what is his repentance?’ Heasws said: ‘Make himself available (to the guardians of the killed one)’. I said, ‘He fears that they would kill him’. Heasws said: ‘So let him give them the wergild’. I said, ‘He fears that they would come to know him due to that’. Heasws said: ‘So let him consider the wergild, so let him make it as small packages, then await the timings of the Prayers, so let him cast these in their houses’.
