قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَوْمَ نَدْعُوا كُلَّ أُناسٍ بِإِمامِهِمْ قَالَ إِمَامِهِمُ الَّذِي بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِهِمْ وَ هُوَ قَائِمُ أَهْلِ زَمَانِهِ .

علی بن محمد، سہل بن زیاد سے، محمد بن الحسن بن شمّون سے، عبداللہ بن عبدالرحمن سے، عبداللہ بن القاسم البطال سے، عبداللہ بن سنان سے، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے کہا: "جس دن ہم ہر گروہ کو ان کے امام کے ساتھ بلائیں گے۔" علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: "ان کا امام وہ ہے جو ان کے درمیان موجود ہے، اور وہ اپنے زمانے کے لوگوں کا قائم ہے۔"
Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Muhammad Bin Al Hassan Bin Shamoun, from Abdullah Bin Abdul Rahman, from Abdullah Bin Al Qasim Al Batal, from Abdullah Bin Sinan who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘<span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:17#h71"><a href="/books/quran:17#h71">[17:71]</a></a> The Day when We will Call every human being with their Imam</span>’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Their Imam<sup>asws</sup> would be that who will be in appearance before them, and he<sup>asws</sup> is Al-Qaim<sup>asws</sup> of the people of his<sup>asws</sup> era’.
