قُلْتُ يَكُونُ لِلرَّجُلِ مِنْ إِخْوَانِي عِنْدِي شَهَادَةٌ وَ لَيْسَ كُلُّهَا يُجِيزُهَا الْقُضَاةُ عِنْدَنَا قَالَ فَإِذَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّهَا حَقٌّ فَصَحِّحْهَا بِكُلِّ وَجْهٍ حَتَّى يَصِحَّ لَهُ حَقُّهُ .

ہمارے کئی اصحاب نے، احمد بن محمد بن خالد سے، وہ عثمان بن عیسیٰ سے، وہ ان کے بعض اصحاب سے، وہ ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں — آپ نے فرمایا: میں نے کہا: 'میرے بھائیوں میں سے ایک شخص کے لیے میرے پاس ایک گواہی ہے، اور ہمارے ہاں کے قاضی اس سب کو قبول نہیں کرتے۔' آپ نے فرمایا: 'پس جب تم جانتے ہو کہ یہ حق ہے، تو اسے ہر طریقے سے درست کرو یہاں تک کہ اس کا حق اس کو مل جائے۔'
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Usman Bin Isa, from one of his companions, (The narrator) says, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I said, ‘There happened to be for the man from my brethren, a testimony with me, and the judges among us did not allow all of it’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘So when you know that it is true, so correct it with each aspect of it, to achieve his right for him’.
