سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ مَنْ حَكَمَ فِي دِرْهَمَيْنِ بِغَيْرِ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَهُوَ كَافِرٌ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ .

علی بن ابراہیم نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے ابن ابی عمیر سے، انہوں نے محمد بن حمران سے، انہوں نے ابو بصیر سے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا: 'جو شخص دو درہم کے معاملے میں بھی اس کے علاوہ فیصلہ کرے جو اللہ عزوجل نے نازل فرمایا ہے، تو وہ اللہ عظیم کا کافر ہے۔'
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Muhammad Bin Humran, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘The one who judges regarding two Dirhams by other than what Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Revealed, so he is a disbeliever with Allah<sup>azwj</sup> the Magnificent’.
