أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ كَانَ بَيْنَهُ وَ بَيْنَ أَخٍ لَهُ مُمَارَاةٌ فِي حَقٍّ فَدَعَاهُ إِلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْ إِخْوَانِهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُ وَ بَيْنَهُ فَأَبَى إِلَّا أَنْ يُرَافِعَهُ إِلَى هَؤُلَاءِ كَانَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الَّذِينَ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ أَ لَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِما أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَ ما أُنْزِلَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَتَحاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَ قَدْ أُمِرُوا أَنْ يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ الْآيَةَ .

محمد بن یحییٰ نے محمد بن الحسین سے، انہوں نے یزید بن اسحاق سے، انہوں نے ہارون بن حمزہ الغنوی سے، انہوں نے حریز سے، انہوں نے ابو بصیر سے، انہوں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، آپ نے فرمایا: جو بھی شخص کسی حق کے بارے میں اپنے بھائی سے جھگڑے میں ہو، اور وہ اسے اپنے بھائیوں میں سے کسی کے پاس بھیجے تاکہ وہ دونوں کے درمیان فیصلہ کرے، لیکن وہ اس سے انکار کرے مگر یہ کہ ان (ناانصاف ججوں) کے پاس مقدمہ لے جائے، تو وہ ان لوگوں کے درجے پر ہوگا جن کے بارے میں اللہ عز و جل نے فرمایا: کیا آپ نے ان لوگوں کو نہیں دیکھا جو دعویٰ کرتے ہیں کہ وہ اس پر ایمان لائے جو آپ پر نازل ہوا اور جو آپ سے پہلے نازل ہوا؟ وہ چاہتے ہیں کہ طاغوت کی طرف فیصلے کے لیے جائیں، حالانکہ انہیں حکم دیا گیا تھا کہ اس کا انکار کریں — آیت۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Yazeed Bin Is’haq, from Haroun Bin Hamza Al Ganawy, from Hareyz, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Whichever man who had a an argument with regards to a right between him and a (Believing) brother of his, so he summons him to a man from his brethren in order to judge between himself and him, but he refuses, except that he wishes to have it raised to those who are at the status of those for whom Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Says <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:4#h60"><a href="/books/quran:4#h60">[4:60]</a></a> Have you not seen those who are alleging that they believe in what has been Revealed to you and what was Revealed before you? They desire to summon one another to the judgement of the tyrant, though they were Commanded to deny him</span> – the Verse’.
