قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) لَا يَمِينَ لِوَلَدٍ مَعَ وَالِدِهِ وَ لَا لِمَمْلُوكٍ مَعَ مَوْلَاهُ وَ لَا لِلْمَرْأَةِ مَعَ زَوْجِهَا وَ لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ وَ لَا يَمِينَ فِي قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمٍ .

علی بن ابراہیم نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے ابن ابی عمیر سے، انہوں نے منصور بن حازم سے، انہوں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: 'نہ تو بیٹے کے لیے والد کے خلاف قسم ہے، نہ غلام کے لیے اپنے مالک کے خلاف، نہ عورت کے لیے اپنے شوہر کے خلاف، نہ نافرمانی میں نذر ہے، اور نہ رشتہ داری توڑنے میں قسم۔'
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Mansour Bin Hazim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘There is no swearing of an oath for a son with his father, nor for an owned slave with his master, nor for the woman with her husband, nor a vow with regard to a disobedience, nor an oath regarding cutting-off of a relationship’.
