اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ صِبْغَةَ اللَّهِ وَ مَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ صِبْغَةً قَالَ الصِّبْغَةُ هِيَ الْإِسْلَامُ .

ہمارے کئی اصحاب نے سہل بن زیاد سے، انہوں نے احمد بن محمد بن ابی نصر سے، انہوں نے داود بن سرحان سے، انہوں نے عبداللہ بن فرقد سے، انہوں نے حمران سے، انہوں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی اللہ عزوجل کے اس قول کے بارے میں: 'اللہ کا رنگ، اور اللہ سے بہتر رنگ کرنے والا کون ہے؟' آپ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: 'رنگ (صبغہ) سے مراد اسلام ہے۔'
Translation
A number ofour companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, from Dawood Bin Sirham, from Abdullah in Farqad, from Humran, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:2#h138"><a href="/books/quran:2#h138">[2:138]</a></a> The Colouring of Allah, and who is better than Allah in Colouring?</span> He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The dyeing, stands for Al-<span class="iTxt">Islām</span>’.
