سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ يَقُولُ مَنْ حَمِدَ اللَّهَ عَلَى النِّعْمَةِ فَقَدْ شَكَرَهُ وَ كَانَ الْحَمْدُ أَفْضَلَ مِنْ تِلْكَ النِّعْمَةِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Moammar Bin Khallad who said, ‘I heard Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘The one who praises Allah<sup>azwj</sup> upon a Bounty, so he has thanked, and the Praise is superior than that Bounty’.
