قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) اعْرِفُوا اللَّهَ بِاللَّهِ وَ الرَّسُولَ بِالرِّسَالَةِ وَ أُولِي الْأَمْرِ بِالْأَمْرِ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَ الْعَدْلِ وَ الْإِحْسَانِ .

علی بن محمد نے، جس نے اس کا ذکر کیا اس سے، احمد بن محمد بن عیسیٰ سے، محمد بن حمران سے، فضل بن السکن سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: امیرالمؤمنین علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: 'اللہ کو اللہ کے ذریعے پہچانو، رسول کو رسالت کے ذریعے، اور اولی الامر کو نیکی کے حکم، عدل اور احسان کے ذریعے۔'
Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad, from the one who mentioned it, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Muhammad Bin Humran, from Al Fazl Bin Al Sakan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-<span class="iTxt">Momin</span>een<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Recognise Allah<sup>azwj</sup> by Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and the Rasool<sup>saww</sup> by the Message, and the Masters of the Command (<span class="iTxt">Ul Al-Amr</span>) by the ordering of the good, and the justice, and the favours’.
