سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ إِذَا مَاتَ الْمُؤْمِنُ خَلَّى عَلَى جِيرَانِهِ مِنَ الشَّيَاطِينِ عَدَدَ رَبِيعَةَ وَ مُضَرَ كَانُوا مُشْتَغِلِينَ بِهِ .

ہمارے چند اصحاب نے سہل بن زیاد سے، انہوں نے ابن محبوب سے، انہوں نے عمرو بن شمر سے، انہوں نے جابر سے، انہوں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے انہیں یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا: جب مومن وفات پاتا ہے تو ربیعہ اور مضر کے برابر تعداد میں شیاطین اس کے پڑوسیوں پر چھوڑ دیے جاتے ہیں، جو اس کی وجہ سے مشغول تھے۔
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Amro Bin Shimr, from Jabir, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I heard him<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘When the <span class="iTxt">Momin</span> dies, the Satans<sup>la</sup> of the number of the (tribes of) Rabi’e and Muzar are freed to be upon his neighbours, who used to be pre-occupied with him’.
