الْهَمِّ قَالَ تَغْتَسِلُ وَ تُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَ تَقُولُ يَا فَارِجَ الْهَمِّ وَ يَا كَاشِفَ الْغَمِّ يَا رَحْمَانَ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ وَ رَحِيمَهُمَا فَرِّجْ هَمِّي وَ اكْشِفْ غَمِّي يَا اللَّهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْأَحَدُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِي لَمْ يَلِدْ وَ لَمْ يُولَدْ وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُواً أَحَدٌ اعْصِمْنِي وَ طَهِّرْنِي وَ اذْهَبْ بِبَلِيَّتِي وَ اقْرَأْ آيَةَ الْكُرْسِيِّ وَ الْمُعَوِّذَتَيْنِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from one of his companions, from Ismail Bin Jabir, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the worries. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘You should wash and pray two Cycles of <span class="iTxt">Salāt</span>, and you should be saying, ‘O Reliever of the worries, and O Remover of the sadness, and O Beneficent of the world and the Hereafter and Merciful to them both! Relieve my worries and Remove my sadness. O Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, the Alone, the First, the Last who neither begets nor is begotten, and there does not happen to anyone as a match for Him<sup>azwj</sup>, Protect me and Clean me and Remove my afflictions’; and recite Ayat Al-Kursy <a href="/#/books/quran:2#h255"><a href="/books/quran:2#h255">[2:255]</a></a> and Al-Muawwizatayn (Chapters 113 & 114)’.
