لَا يَكُونُ شَيْءٌ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَ لَا فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا بِسَبْعٍ بِقَضَاءٍ وَ قَدَرٍ وَ إِرَادَةٍ وَ مَشِيئَةٍ وَ كِتَابٍ وَ أَجَلٍ وَ إِذْنٍ فَمَنْ زَعَمَ غَيْرَ هَذَا فَقَدْ كَذَبَ عَلَى اللَّهِ أَوْ رَدَّ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ .

اور اس نے اسے اپنے والد سے بھی روایت کیا، انہوں نے محمد بن خالد سے، انہوں نے زکریا بن عمران سے، انہوں نے ابو الحسن موسیٰ بن جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: آسمانوں اور زمین میں کوئی چیز سات کے بغیر وجود میں نہیں آتی — قضاء، قدر، ارادے، مشیت، کتاب، اجل اور اذن کے ذریعے۔ پس جو شخص اس کے خلاف دعوی کرے، اس نے اللہ پر جھوٹ باندھا یا اللہ عزّ وجلّ کی بات کو رد کیا۔
Translation
And he (Ali Bin Ibrahim) reported from his father as weel, from Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Zakariyya Bin Imran, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan Musa<sup>asws</sup> Bin Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Nothing comes into being in the skies nor in the earth except by seven – By (Allah<sup>azwj</sup>’s) Ordainment, and (Allah<sup>azwj</sup>’s) Determination, and (Allah<sup>azwj</sup>’s) Intention, and (Allah<sup>azwj</sup>’s) Desire, and (Allah<sup>azwj</sup>’s) Writing (Decreeing), and (Allah<sup>azwj</sup>’s) Term and Permission. So the one who claims other than this, so he has lied against Allah<sup>azwj</sup> or rejected upon Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic’.
