اردو

علی بن ابراہیم، صالح بن السندی سے، جعفر بن بشیر سے، ابی سلمہ سے، ابی عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے انہیں یہ کہتے ہوئے سنا: ہم وہ ہیں جن کی اطاعت اللہ نے واجب قرار دی ہے۔ لوگوں کے لیے ہمارے پہچاننے کے سوا کوئی چارہ نہیں، اور لوگوں کو ہماری جہالت کے سبب معذور نہیں سمجھا جائے گا۔ جو ہمیں پہچان لے وہ مومن ہے، اور جو ہمارا انکار کرے وہ کافر ہے؛ اور جو نہ ہمیں پہچانے اور نہ ہمارا انکار کرے وہ گمراہ ہے یہاں تک کہ وہ اس ہدایت کی طرف لوٹ آئے جسے اللہ نے اس پر ہماری واجب اطاعت کے طور پر فرض کیا ہے۔ پس اگر وہ اپنی گمراہی پر مر جائے تو اللہ اس کے ساتھ وہی کرے گا جو وہ چاہے۔

Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Salih Bin Al Sindy, from Ja’far Bin Bashir, from Abu Salma, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah^asws, said, ‘I heard him^asws saying: ‘We^asws are those, obedience to whom Allah^azwj has necessitated. The people have no leeway except recognising us^asws, nor are the people excused of being ignorant of us^asws. The one who recognises us^asws would be a <span class="iTxt">Momin</span>, and the one who denies us^asws would be a disbeliever, and the one who does not recognise us^asws and does not deny us^asws, would be a strayer until he returns to the guidance which Allah^azwj has Necessitated upon him, from being obedient to us^asws, the Obligatory. So if he was to die upon his straying, Allah^azwj will Do with him whatever He^azwj so Desires to’.
