سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى يَقُولُ اسْتِكْمَالُ حُجَّتِي عَلَى الْأَشْقِيَاءِ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ مَنْ تَرَكَ وَلَايَةَ عَلِيٍّ وَ وَالَى أَعْدَاءَهُ وَ أَنْكَرَ فَضْلَهُ وَ فَضْلَ الْأَوْصِيَاءِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ فَإِنَّ فَضْلَكَ فَضْلُهُمْ وَ طَاعَتَكَ طَاعَتُهُمْ وَ حَقَّكَ حَقُّهُمْ وَ مَعْصِيَتَكَ مَعْصِيَتُهُمْ وَ هُمُ الْأَئِمَّةُ الْهُدَاةُ مِنْ بَعْدِكَ جَرَى فِيهِمْ رُوحُكَ وَ رُوحُكَ مَا جَرَى فِيكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ وَ هُمْ عِتْرَتُكَ مِنْ طِينَتِكَ وَ لَحْمِكَ وَ دَمِكَ وَ قَدْ أَجْرَى اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فِيهِمْ سُنَّتَكَ وَ سُنَّةَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ قَبْلَكَ وَ هُمْ خُزَّانِي عَلَى عِلْمِي مِنْ بَعْدِكَ حَقٌّ عَلَيَّ لَقَدِ اصْطَفَيْتُهُمْ وَ انْتَجَبْتُهُمْ وَ أَخْلَصْتُهُمْ وَ ارْتَضَيْتُهُمْ وَ نَجَا مَنْ أَحَبَّهُمْ وَ وَالَاهُمْ وَ سَلَّمَ لِفَضْلِهِمْ وَ لَقَدْ أَتَانِي جَبْرَئِيلُ ( عليه السلام ) بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ وَ أَسْمَاءِ آبَائِهِمْ وَ أَحِبَّائِهِمْ وَ الْمُسَلِّمِينَ لِفَضْلِهِمْ .

محمد بن یحییٰ نے محمد بن حسین سے، انہوں نے نضر بن شعیب سے، انہوں نے محمد بن فضیل سے، انہوں نے ابو حمزہ ثمالی سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام کو یہ فرماتے سنا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ نے فرمایا: بے شک اللہ تبارک و تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے: تمہاری امت کے بدبختوں پر میری حجت کی تکمیل ان لوگوں کے بارے میں ہے جنہوں نے علی کی ولایت کو ترک کیا، ان کے دشمنوں سے دوستی کی، اور ان کی فضیلت اور ان کے بعد اوصیاء کی فضیلت کا انکار کیا۔ پس بے شک تمہاری فضیلت ان کی فضیلت ہے، تمہاری اطاعت ان کی اطاعت ہے، تمہارا حق ان کا حق ہے، اور تمہاری معصیت ان کی معصیت ہے۔ اور وہ تمہارے بعد ہدایت دینے والے ائمہ ہیں۔ تمہاری روح ان میں جاری ہے، اور تمہاری روح وہی ہے جو تمہارے رب کی طرف سے تم میں جاری ہوئی۔ وہ تمہاری طینت، گوشت اور خون سے تمہاری عترت ہیں۔ اور اللہ عزوجل نے ان میں تمہاری سنت اور تم سے پہلے انبیاء کی سنت کو جاری کیا۔ وہ تمہارے بعد میرے علم کے خزانچی ہیں۔ یہ مجھ پر لازم ہے — میں نے انہیں چن لیا، منتخب کیا، خالص کیا اور ان سے راضی ہوں۔ اور نجات پائی اس نے جس نے ان سے محبت کی، ان سے دوستی کی اور ان کی فضیلت کو تسلیم کیا۔ اور جبرئیل علیہ السلام میرے پاس ان کے ناموں، ان کے آباء کے ناموں، ان کے دوستوں اور ان کی فضیلت کو تسلیم کرنے والوں کے ساتھ آئے۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Al Nazar Bin Shuayb, from Muhammad Bin Al Fuzayl, from Abu Hamza Al Sumaly who said, ‘I heard Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Blessed and High is Saying: “My<sup>azwj</sup> Argument is Completed upon the wretched ones from your<sup>saww</sup> community, the ones who neglect the <span class="iTxt">Wilayah</span> of Ali<sup>asws</sup>, and upon his<sup>asws</sup> enemies, the ones who deny his<sup>asws</sup> merits and the merits of the successors<sup>asws</sup> (who would come) after him<sup>asws</sup>, for your<sup>saww</sup> merit is their<sup>asws</sup> merit, obedience to you<sup>saww</sup> is obedience to them<sup>asws</sup>, and your<sup>saww</sup> right is their<sup>asws</sup> right, and disobedience to you<sup>saww</sup> is disobedience to them<sup>asws</sup>. and they<sup>asws</sup> are the Imams<sup>asws</sup> of the guidance from after you<sup>saww</sup>. Your<sup>saww</sup> spirit flows in them<sup>asws</sup>, and your<sup>saww</sup> spirit is what is flowing from your<sup>saww</sup> Lord<sup>azwj</sup>, and they<sup>asws</sup> are your<sup>saww</sup> family from your<sup>saww</sup> essence, and your<sup>saww</sup> flesh, and your<sup>saww</sup> blood. And Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic has Cause your<sup>saww</sup> <span class="iTxt">Sunnah</span> to flow in them<sup>asws</sup>, and the <span class="iTxt">Sunnah</span> of the Prophets<sup>as</sup> before you<sup>saww</sup>, and they<sup>asws</sup> are the treasurers of My<sup>azwj</sup> Knowledge from after you<sup>saww</sup>. It is a right upon Me<sup>azwj</sup>. I<sup>azwj</sup> have Chosen them<sup>asws</sup>, and Selected them<sup>asws</sup>, and Purified them<sup>asws</sup>, and am Pleased with them<sup>asws</sup>. And Salvation is for the one who loves them<sup>asws</sup>, and befriends Them<sup>asws</sup>, and submits to their<sup>asws</sup> merits”. And Jibraeel<sup>as</sup> had come to me<sup>saww</sup> with their<sup>asws</sup> names, and the names of their<sup>asws</sup> forefathers<sup>asws</sup>, and the ones who would be submitting to their<sup>asws</sup> merits’’.
