Translation

Ali Bin Muhammad, from one of his companions, from Muhammad Bin Suleyman, from his father who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullahasws, ‘What are youasws saying regarding the man who is Fasting Shaban and Month of Ramazan?’ So heasws said: ‘Both are month for which Allahazwj Blessed and High Said <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:4#h92"><a href="/books/quran:4#h92">[4:92]</a></a> two months successively: a penance from Allah</span>’. I said, ‘So he should not keep a gap between the two?’ Heasws said: ‘When he breaks at night, so it is a gap, and rather, Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Do not link regarding the Fasts’, meaning, the man should not Fast for two days continuously without breaking, and it is recommended for the servant that he should not leave the pre-dawn meal’.
