الْحَضَرِ فَقَالَ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ فِي كُلِّ شَهْرٍ الْخَمِيسُ مِنْ جُمْعَةٍ وَ الْأَرْبِعَاءُ مِنْ جُمْعَةٍ وَ الْخَمِيسُ مِنْ جُمْعَةٍ أُخْرَى وَ قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) صِيَامُ شَهْرِ الصَّبْرِ وَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ يَذْهَبْنَ بِبَلَابِلِ الصُّدُورِ وَ صِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَقُولُ مَنْ جاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثالِها .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having been asked about the Fast during the presence at home, so he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Three days during every month – the Thursday from a week, and the Wednesday from a week, and the Thursday from another week’. And he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Fasting a month is the patience, and three days from every month removes temptation from the chests, and Fasting three days from every month is Fasting for the whole time. Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic is Saying <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:6#h160"><a href="/books/quran:6#h160">[6:160]</a></a> Whoever comes with a good deed, he shall have ten like it</span>’.
