لَمَّا أَفَاضَ آدَمُ مِنْ مِنًى تَلَقَّتْهُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ فَقَالُوا يَا آدَمُ بُرَّ حَجُّكَ أَمَا إِنَّهُ قَدْ حَجَجْنَا هَذَا الْبَيْتَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَحُجَّهُ بِأَلْفَيْ عَامٍ .

علی نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے ابن ابی عمیر سے، انہوں نے معاویہ بن عمار سے، انہوں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: جب آدم علیہ السلام منیٰ سے روانہ ہوئے تو فرشتوں نے انہیں ملے اور کہا: اے آدم! تمہارا حج مبارک ہو۔ یاد رہے کہ ہم نے تم سے دو ہزار سال پہلے اس گھر کا حج کیا ہے۔
Translation
Ali, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Muawiya Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When Adam<sup>as</sup> departed from Mina, the Angels met him<sup>as</sup>, so they said: ‘O Adam<sup>as</sup>! Righteous was your<sup>as</sup> Hajj. But it is such that we have performed Hajj of this House before you<sup>as</sup> performed your<sup>as</sup> Hajj, by two thousand years’.
