Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yaseen Al Zareyr, from Hareyz, from Zurara that, ‘A man from the people of Khurasan proceeded for Hajj, and he was bald-headed and was not good at exclaiming <span class="iTxt">Talbiyya</span>. So Abu Abdullahasws issued a verdict to me for him, and heasws ordered that <span class="iTxt">Talbiyya</span> should be exclaimed on his behalf, and he should pass the blade upon his head, for that would suffice him from it’.
