Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws regarding a man who carried a man with foodstuff along with him in a ship, and it was deficient (upon arrival). Heasws said: ‘He is liable’. I said, ‘Sometimes it turns out to be excessive’. Heasws said: ‘Do you know that anything had increased?’ I said, ‘No’. Heasws said: ‘It is for you’.
