John Shaqi

لَا تَكُونُ الشُّفْعَةُ إِلَّا لِشَرِيكَيْنِ مَا لَمْ يُقَاسِمَا فَإِذَا صَارُوا ثَلَاثَةً فَلَيْسَ لِوَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمْ شُفْعَةٌ .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Muhammad Bin Isa Bin Ubeyd, from Yunus Bin Abdul Rahman, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said : ‘The pre-emption does not take place except for the two partners for as long as their share has not bee distributed. So when they become three, so there is no pre-emption for one of them’.
