الحسین بن محمد، معلیٰ بن محمد سے، احمد بن محمد بن عبداللہ سے، انہوں نے کہا: عبداللہ بن ہلیل، عبداللہ کے بارے میں ایک رائے رکھتے تھے۔ پھر وہ العسکر گئے اور اس سے رجوع کر لیا۔ تو میں نے ان سے ان کے رجوع کی وجہ پوچھی، تو انہوں نے کہا: "میں نے ابو الحسن عليه السلام کے سامنے یہ بات پیش کی کہ میں ان سے اس بارے میں پوچھوں۔ پھر وہ ایک تنگ راستے میں مجھ سے ملے اور میری طرف جھک گئے۔ جب وہ میرے برابر آئے تو انہوں نے اپنے منہ سے کچھ میری طرف کیا، اور وہ میرے سینے پر آ گرا۔ میں نے اسے اٹھایا تو وہ ایک رق تھا جس پر لکھا تھا: 'وہ وہاں نہ تھا، اور نہ ہی ایسا تھا۔'"

Translation

Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abdullah who said, ‘It was so that Abdullah Bin Huleyl was saying that Abdullah (son of Ja’far^asws as being the Imam). So he went to Al-Askar and retracted from that. So I asked him about the reason for his retraction. So he said, ‘I went to Abu Al-Hassan^asws to ask him^asws about that, and he^asws was with me in one of the narrow streets. So when he^asws was besides me, when he^asws threw something towards me from his^asws mouth. So it landed upon my chest, and I grabbed it, and it was a parchment in which was written: ‘It (Imamate) was not there nor was it like that’.
