تَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةُ مَنْ شَاءَتْ إِذَا كَانَتْ مَالِكَةً لِأَمْرِهَا فَإِنْ شَاءَتْ جَعَلَتْ وَلِيّاً .
Translation
Aban, from Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The woman can get married to whoever she so desires to when she was in control of her affairs. So if she so desires to, she can appoint a guardian’.
