قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) أَلْقَى الْمَرْأَةَ بِالْفَلَاةِ الَّتِي لَيْسَ فِيهَا أَحَدٌ فَأَقُولُ لَهَا لَكِ زَوْجٌ فَتَقُولُ لَا فَأَتَزَوَّجُهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ هِيَ الْمُصَدَّقَةُ عَلَى نَفْسِهَا .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Fazalat Bin Ayoub, from Umar Bin Aban Al Kalby, from Maysarat who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘I meet a woman in the wilderness wherein there is no one, so I am saying to her, ‘Is there a husband for you?’ So she is saying, ‘No’. Can I marry her?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes, she is the ratified one upon herself’.
