الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ لِعَبْدِهِ أُعْتِقُكَ عَلَى أَنْ أُزَوِّجَكَ ابْنَتِي فَإِنْ تَزَوَّجْتَ أَوْ تَسَرَّيْتَ عَلَيْهَا فَعَلَيْكَ مِائَةُ دِينَارٍ فَأَعْتَقَهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ وَ تَسَرَّى أَوْ تَزَوَّجَ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ شَرْطُهُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Safwan, from Ala’a Bin Razeyn, form Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) regarding the man who is saying to his slave, ‘I will free you upon a stipulation that I would get you married to my daughter. So if you were to marry (an additional wife) or a concubine upon her, so upon you would be one hundred Dinars (to pay)’. So he frees him upon that, and he either keeps a concubime or marries (an additional wife)?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Upon him is his stipulation’.
