سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَ لَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ مَنِ ادَّعَى إِمَامَةً مِنَ اللَّهِ لَيْسَتْ لَهُ وَ مَنْ جَحَدَ إِمَاماً مِنَ اللَّهِ وَ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ لَهُمَا فِي الْإِسْلَامِ نَصِيباً .

الحسین بن محمد، معلیٰ بن محمد سے، ابوداؤد المسترق سے، علی بن میمون سے، ابن ابی یعفور سے، انہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابوعبداللہ علیہ السلام کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا: تین لوگ ہیں—اللہ قیامت کے دن ان کی طرف نظر نہیں فرمائے گا، نہ انہیں پاک کرے گا، اور ان کے لیے دردناک عذاب ہے: جو اللہ کی طرف سے ایسی امامت کا دعویٰ کرے جو اس کی نہیں؛ جو اللہ کی طرف سے کسی امام کا انکار کرے؛ اور جو یہ گمان کرے کہ ان دونوں کا اسلام میں کوئی حصہ ہے۔
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from Abu Dawood Al Mustaraq, from Ali Bin Maymoun, from Ibn Abu Yafour who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘Three (people), Allah<sup>azwj</sup> will not Look at them on the Day of Judgment, nor Purify (their deeds) for them, and for them would be painful Punishments – the one who claims imamate from Allah<sup>azwj</sup> and it isn’t for him, and the one who denies an Imam<sup>asws</sup> from Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and the one who claims that for the two of them is a share in Al-Islam’.
