Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Mahboub, from Ali Al Sa’aiy who said, ‘I said to Abu Al-Hassanasws, ‘May I be sacrificed for youasws! I had married the <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span>, but I disliked it, and I was accused by it. So I gave Allahazwj a promised between Al-Rukn and Al-Maqaam (of the Kabah), and made a vow upon myself with regards to that, and Fasts, that I shall not marry it (in this manner). Then that was doubtful upon me, and I regretted my oath, and there did not happen to be in my hands the (financial) strength what (would enable me) to marry publicly’. So heasws said to me: ‘You oathed to Allahazwj that you will not obey Himazwj? By Allahazwj! If you do not obey Himazwj, you would disobey Himazwj’.
