تَقُولُ أَتَزَوَّجُكِ مُتْعَةً عَلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَ سُنَّةِ نَبِيِّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) نِكَاحاً غَيْرَ سِفَاحٍ وَ عَلَى أَنْ لَا تَرِثِينِي وَ لَا أَرِثَكِ كَذَا وَ كَذَا يَوْماً بِكَذَا وَ كَذَا دِرْهَماً وَ عَلَى أَنَّ عَلَيْكِ الْعِدَّةَ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Nasr, from Sa’alba, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘You should be saying, ‘I hereby marry you by <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span> upon the Book of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> and a Sunnah of His<sup>azwj</sup> Prophet<sup>saww</sup>, a marriage without adultery, and upon a stipulation that neither will you inherit me nor will I inherit you, for such and such days, and with such and such Dirhams, and upon a stipulation that upon you is the waiting period’.
