Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Abdullah Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hisham Bin Salim who said, ‘I said, ‘How can one marry the <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span>?’ Heasws said: ‘You should be saying, ‘O maid of Allahazwj! I hereby marry you for such and such days, with such and such Dirhams’. So when those days pass by, her divorce is in her stipulation, and there is no waiting period of her, upon you (to pay for the expenses during those days)’.
