رِوَايَةِ سَمَاعَةٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أُخِذَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ وَ قَدْ أَفْطَرَ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ وَ قَدْ رُفِعَ إِلَى اَلْإِمَامِ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ قَالَ «فَيُقْتَلُ فِي اَلثَّالِثَةِ ».

اور سماعہ کی روایت میں، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جو رمضان کے مہینے میں تین بار روزہ توڑ چکا تھا اور تین بار امام کے سامنے پیش کیا گیا تھا۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "پھر اسے تیسری بار قتل کیا جاتا ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.1891 - In the narration of Sama'ah from Abu Abdullah (as), he said: "I asked him about a man who was caught breaking his fast during the Month of Ramadan three times and was presented to the Imam three times. Imam (as) said: 'He is executed on the third occasion.'"
