شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ وَ هُوَ مُقِيمٌ وَ قَدْ مَضَى مِنْهُ أَيَّامٌ فَقَالَ «لاَ بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يُسَافِرَ وَ يُفْطِرَ وَ لاَ يَصُومَ ».

اور العلاء نے محمد بن مسلم سے، ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: اس سے پوچھا گیا کہ رمضان کے مہینے میں ایک شخص جس کے لیے سفر پیش آ جائے جبکہ وہ مقیم ہو اور مہینے کے کچھ دن گزر چکے ہوں۔ تو انہوں نے فرمایا، “اس کے لیے سفر کرنا، روزہ توڑنا اور روزہ نہ رکھنا کوئی حرج نہیں۔”
Translation
Hadith.1970 - Al-Ala' narrated from Muhammad ibn Muslim, from Abu Ja'far (as): "He was asked about a man who encounters the need to travel during the Month of Ramadan while he is residing, and some days have already passed. Imam (as) said: 'There is no harm if he travels, breaks his fast, and does not fast.'"
