: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَ لَمْ يَحُجَّ حَجَّةَ اَلْإِسْلاَمِ وَ لَمْ يُوصِ بِهَا أَ يُقْضَى عَنْهُ قَالَ «نَعَمْ».

اور یہ روایت ہے عاصم بن حمید سے، محمد بن مسلم سے، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے پوچھا کہ ایک شخص جو فوت ہو گیا اور اس نے حجِ اسلام ادا نہیں کیا اور نہ ہی اس کے بارے میں وصیت کی، کیا اس کی طرف سے حج ادا کیا جائے گا؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: "ہاں۔"
Translation
Hadith.2922 - It was narrated from Asim ibn Humayd, from Muhammad ibn Muslim, who said: I asked Abu Ja'far (as) about a man who died without performing the Hajj of Islam and did not include it in his will. Should it be performed on his behalf? Imam (as) said: "Yes."
